If you love Rolo candies, you will love these cookies.

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup marg/butter
2 egg replacer or eggs
1 t vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1/4 t salt
1 t baking soda
3/4 cup cocoa
1 bag of Rolos, unwrapped (60)
1) Cream sugar and butter
2) Beat in egg replacer and vanilla
3) Mix dry ingredients
4) Add dry ingredients to wet mixture, blend well
5) Roll dough around one Rolo, roll into ball shape
6) Bake for 9 minutes at 350 F(let cookies cool on pan for 2 minutes, then remove)
