Another great recipe from my friend Jen
1 lb. sausage
10 oz. cheese
3 cups baking mix
Grate Cheese. Mix ingredients together and form into 1-inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. These freeze really well.

Is baking mix like bisquick? Am I the only person that doesn't know that?
