From my mother in law
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs-beaten
1 c. meat (ham, etc-this is optional)
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 unbaked pie shell
If the pie shell is frozen, thaw first. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into the pie shell. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
